Al’s Lawn and Garden is a year round, full service lawn and landscaping company situated on the banks of the Thames River in the municipality of Chatham Kent.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Landscape Designer/Estimators/Installers: Designers must have strong design talent. Responsibilities to include client consultations, design/estimate/sales and site supervision with construction experience. Installers should be design and quality driven with an eye for detail. Valid drivers license.

Full Time/Part Time Mechanic /Equipment Repair Technician: Experienced with the repair and maintenance of vehicles, trailers, lawn and landscape related equipment etc. At times perform equipment modifications and the ability to weld a definite asset. Maintain and clean a safe work area.

Lawn Maintenance Crew Leaders/Technicians: Must exhibit a strong a strong interest in horticultural related services, be quality driven and able to use and maintain the safe operation of turf mowers and small equipment.

Irrigation/Sprinkler System Installer: Specialist: Experience in all phases of residential and commercial underground irrigation installations. Responsibilities to include client meeting, design/estimate and site supervision.

Installer: Ability to quickly learn and install systems. Experience preferred but not necessary.

Starting Hourly Pay:
11.00 to 18.00 per hr dependant upon applicants ability and experience.
